Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on bank holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: £8.99 per order. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

• International Shipping:

  • We currently offer shipping to select European countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Aces Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@acesjewellers.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns Policy

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you physically receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
